DoubleTree by Hilton El Paso Downtown Gets New Operator Arranged by Intergroup Realty
January 7, 2019 -Tandy O. Lofland, CEO of Intergroup Realty, Inc. announced the firm advised Marcus Hotels & Resorts as it was recently selected as manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown. The hotel, with 200 rooms and suites, is next to Interstate 10, close to the El Paso Convention and Performing Art Center, and a mile from the University of Texas at El Paso. Other attractions nearby are Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino, Western Playland, and El Paso Zoo, all within eight miles. The DoubleTree has over 6,000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants, 24-hour fitness center, large outdoor pool, bar/lounge, poolside bar, and onsite parking.
Founded in 1962, this is the first management assignment in El Paso for Marcus Hotels & Resorts which owns and operates a major-branded and independent hotels and resorts from coast to coast.
