Intergroup's Tandy O. Lofland Arranges New Management for Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center
July 31, 2019 -Tandy O. Lofland, CEO of Intergroup Realty, Inc. announced the firm advised Marcus Hotels & Resorts as it was selected as manager for the recently completed 151-key (including 6 spacious suites) Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center. The Courtyard offers The Bistro for breakfast and dinner, 765 square feet of meeting space, 24-hour modern fitness center, heated rooftop pool, and onsite parking. The Courtyard is adjacent to Interstate 10, close to the El Paso Convention and Performing Art Center, and a mile from the University of Texas at El Paso. Other nearby attractions are Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino, Western Playland, and El Paso Zoo.
This is the second management assignment in El Paso, adding to the nearby DoubleTree, for Marcus Hotels & Resorts which owns and operates major-branded and independent hotels and resorts from coast to coast.
